After setting up this EX2
After setting up this EX2 Ultra, it forced an update after doing a factory reset, which forces you to pay a subscription for software that was once included for free, and then it bricked itself and I had to return it.
One of the worst products I have ever used, I strongly suggest you stay as far away from this product as possible. I have a Qnap TS-230 that I got for only $50 more that's coming in the mail to replace this. Has higher specs than the EX2 Ultra on every aspect, and TONS of reviews all show that it's far better than the EX2 Ultra on every level.
