How to Cook and Prepare a Deconstructed Turkey

Take a cue from Julia Child and make a deconstructed turkey this Thanksgiving. Taste of Home Senior Food Stylist Shannon Norris will demonstrate how to deconstruct, prepare and roast a turkey for a bird that cooks in half the time. This video also outlines all the tools you'll need to cut the turkey into sections to cook the turkey parts separately. The best part is, the turkey parts can be removed from the oven as they reach food-safe temperatures, so you’ll never have dry, overcooked turkey breasts again.
