Before I begin, I want to say thank you so much to Kaze and markkoo for helping me put this cover together!!
I initially approached Kaze for this cover because they had drawn some emotes for me and I loved them and wanted more art from them!! And the moment Kaze asked me for what I wanted in my commission, I basically said something like "lol can you draw every frame from this music video for me" and Kaze surprisingly said YES!!!! (and also offered to animate the video for me because Kaze is super nice). I was so lucky to have gotten them to do this for me. Thank you Kaze, your art is amazing!! Please go comm Kaze when they open comms again!!!!!
Another big thank you to markkoo (who mixed my last cover as well!) for the great job he did on this 😭😭😭 I personally feel like I didn't record the best lines for him to work with, and yet it still turned out amazing 🙏 He was able to make all the tiny edits I wanted even though he was in a rush to go on vacation. He's super awesome to work with, so pls go comm him!! You are so good at mixing, markkoo, tysm
Lastly, thank you to everyone who has supported me on my journey as a VTuber (and now VSinger). I have made so many friends thanks to VTubing and lost some along the way. The lyrics of this song resonate with me because I feel like I'm the side character of my own story a lot. I'm not the genius, not the one born with enormous talent/skill, nor the person with the luck of being born into privilege. I struggle so hard with my mental illness that I'm constantly at the edge of giving up. But when people tell me that they like my voice and my music, it makes me want to stay and try a little longer. So thank you for letting me stay here a little longer with everyone.
This cover is also a present to celebrate both my birthday and debut with my Goddess model!!! I'm not retiring any of my other models, I just wanted to have a formal introduction/event for this one, since I've never had a debut stream before 😳

I hope everybody likes this cover of mine!!!! I love this 6x VOCALOID cover (Ayase - シネマ / Cinema - VOCALOID x6 (c...) a lot and highly recommend a listen!! I stole some adlibs from it lol

P.S. My favorite part to listen to is 1:15 because of those lower harmonies. I tried my best to show off my lower register (instead of just belting) and I think it came out okay!!!!
