Hi, this is Karam Akhtar. Hope you all are doing well. Welcome to the channel. Today, I will teach you 7 best exercises every person should do. Exercises: Squats: Squats are fundamental for building lower body strength. They target the quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, bend your knees and lower your body as if you're sitting in a chair, then stand back up. Push-Ups: Push-ups are great for upper body strength, particularly the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Start in a plank position, lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor, and then push back up. Deadlifts: Deadlifts work the entire posterior chain, including the back, glutes, and hamstrings. With a straight back, lift the weight from the ground to your hips, then lower it back down. Lunges: Lunges target the quads, hamstrings, and glutes while improving balance. Step forward with one leg and lower your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle. Push back to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Glute Bridge: Glute bridges are excellent for targeting the glutes and lower back. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Lift your hips toward the ceiling, squeezing your glutes at the top, then lower back down. Pull-Ups: Pull-ups are fantastic for upper body strength, focusing on the back, shoulders, and biceps. Hang from a bar with your hands shoulder-width apart, palms facing away. Pull yourself up until your chin is over the bar, then lower back down. Tricep Dips: Tricep dips target the triceps, chest, and shoulders. Use a bench or chair, place your hands on the edge behind you, extend your legs out, and lower your body by bending your elbows. Push back up to the starting position.
