Casting the surf gutters for tailor (Catch & Clean)

Ahoy Fisho's! This week the Phantom and I spend the afternoon casting the surf gutters and it pays off BIG TIME! The plan is to chase the mighty tailor (bluefish/shad) by casting small metal lures and stickbaits into the wash created by the gutters that form along the beach. It doesn't take the Phantom long to get distracted by a few nice dart, but as the sun gets lower the tailor really start to chew, including one big greenback that crashes my lure right at my rod tip!
