Azure SQL Managed Instance comes with automated backups and full recovery mode, meaning that the service will automatically create and save full, differential and log backups, that can later be used for point-in-time-restore (PITR). In this video you will see how you can customize backup settings, monitor automatic backups and initiate point-in-time-restore request.
