The BIMMERFIX N62 and N73 Coolant Pipe Repair Systems are made by BIMMERFIX for use with such vehicles at Alpina, BMW cars and SUVs, Morgan Aero, Rolls-Royce, and Wisemann GT are designed to stop a common antifreeze leak in vehicles equipped with an N62 V8 engine. These vehicles include the BMW X5, 735I,740I, 745i, 745Li, 750i, 750Li, 645ci, 650i, 545i, 550i, E60, E61, E63, E64 E65, E66, E53, E70 AMD MORE! The BimmerFix Coolant Pipe Repair System also works for N73 V12 engines that are known to have the same common coolant pipe leak. These vehicles include the 2003 -2010 BMW 760i and 760Li, as well as the 2003-2016 Rolls Royce Phantom VII.
With the BimmerFix n62 Coolant Pipe Repair System, you only need to remove the water pump to stop the common "weep hole" leak that is located at the front of the engine, just to the left side of the water pump.
You do not need to remove the intake manifold or the valley pan. You do not need to install a collapsible pipe.
