Marc demos the Rickenbacker 4005
Marc demos the Rickenbacker 4005 bass in Mapleglo through a Tyrant Tone Limited Run 120W Bass head and Verellen 2x12" Open Back Guitar Cab.
The body of this vintage beast is nicely worn, with plenty of character providing checking lines, as well as a good looking patch of finish wear that runs parallel to the E-string. There are also plenty of light dings and scratches visible, as well as a good amount of buckle rash to be found on the back. The neck is nice and comfortable, with a handful of light dings to be felt, and a bit of finish wear and discoloration to be explored. The headstock has the expected edge wear of a vintage player, as well as a nice chunk missing from the treble side top corner, and some fairly strong guitar hanger wear which has resulted in a large patch of lacquer loss. This 4005 is quite the rare find!
