Safely Prepare Collard by Cleaning
Safely Prepare Collard by Cleaning it with a solution (peroxide & vinegar). Also learn, how to slice, cut and wash Collard.
UPDATE:
I've transitioned away from using peroxide as a vegetable cleaner and have adopted vinegar as my preferred method. In the event that you opt for peroxide, I recommend selecting food-grade 3% peroxide. I discovered that the peroxide I used previously might have contained an undisclosed stabilizer. As a result, I've shifted to using vinegar for cleaning all my vegetables and fruits.
