Staff at the Medics Primary Care Network (PCN) in Luton have created this video to let local residents know about the different medical professionals that may work in your GP practice and how they can help you.

A range of healthcare professionals work at your GP surgery and in the wider community to help you get the right care when you need it. You will be given an appointment with the most appropriate person for your clinical need.

Each GP practice is different, but this is a good example of thekind of team that will be working in your local GP practice.
