In this episode, you will get a direct comparison between the long-standing "king" of juicers - the hydraulic press style juicer. The Pure Juicer is an improved 2 step Norwalk style juicer that you first grind at 3450 rpm and then press out the juice mash in a press cloth or press bag.
The Omega NC800 is a single step slow juicer that runs at a low and slow 80 rpm that works in a single step - simply put the produce into the machine, and the machine will make juice that falls out the bottom of the machine, and the pulp that comes out of the front of the machine.
