How to flash Vega 64 BIOS on Vega 56 | Easy Guide with Benchmarks

This is an easy step-by-step guide on how to flash Vega 64 BIOS on Vega 56.
Flashing Vega 56 to Vega 64 BIOS removes some limits that allows you to overclock your core and memory much higher than on Vega 56. It is completely safe if you follow this guide, and control your temperatures through undervolting.

Note: Only flash if you have Samsung HBM2 memory (check in GPU-Z)

I have also included Benchmark comparisons of the stock Vega 56 to the GTX 1080, Vega 64 and flashed Vega 56. The benchmarks include 12 games, Unigine Superposition and Power Draw charts.
