Cucumber Cooler Recipe | Cucumber Cooler| শসার তৈরি অসম্ভব মজার একটি শরবত
Ingredients:
Cucumber : 1 number
Lemon Juice : 1 number
Sugar : 1 tbsp
Chilled Water : 2 cups
Rock Salt : a pinch
ginger crushed
Ice cubes: as required
Method of Preparation:
Peel cucumber, discard the ends as they are bitter. Cut into cubes.
In a blender, add cucumber, sugar, ginger crushed, lemon juice and rock salt Add water to the blender and blend it well properly and strain the juice.
Pour in glasses and serve. You can add ice if required.
