How To: Manic Panic on Dark Hair ♥

Hey guys!  I noticed there aren't many tutorials for the semi permanent hair dye Manic Panic on dark hair. Its great for a conditioning treatment too as there are no harmful chemicals and its completely vegan! I purchased mine at my local drug store (Shoppers Drug Mart) in the hair dye aisle.
