Fully Cooked Meals for Anytime - For one or two or three . . .

Fully cooked individual portioned meals make my life so much easier. I used to meal prep by the week, but in the refrigerator meals only lasts 4-5 days. Now I just meal prep for the future using my upright freezer. The food that goes in there is already cooked, no need to pull out a crockpot or use time baking a premade meal in the oven. It's already done. I cannot believe I just started doing this. My New Years Resolution that I started last year is a winner this year. I hope this gives you some ideas. I work long hours and anything to make my life easier is a winner.
