In a rematch of the previous season's National Semifinals game, Bobby Hurley, Christian Laettner and the sixth-ranked Duke Blue Devils, take on Todd Day, Lee Mayberry and the second-ranked Arkansas Razorbacks, in the first game of the Dodge Preseason NIT Semifinal.

Game played on Wednesday, November 21, 1990 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
