The Great Engineering BenchMAX Bottle
The Great Engineering BenchMAX Bottle Labeling Machine works seamlessly with the Epson 7500 color printer to create a complete color labeling solution that allows you to have an in house production process that allows you to print labels, apply them and then pack product for shipping, in sync with your orders. Syncing production with orders can save businesses alot of money, because you no longer need to tie up capital in all the costs associated with holding stock.
This solution allows you to print and apply your labels without stopping your production, which means, for the first time ever, single pass print, label & pack work stations. This means one operator, in a single process, can print and apply labels to bottles, cans, jars or any round product container, and then box and load them onto pallets, ready to ship, in sync with your orders.
A single person can print a label, apply it to a bottle, pack, seal and pallet boxes ready for delivery, at 18 bottles p/m, that's over 1000 bottles per/hr, or 8 thousand plus bottles per day.
The ability to print and apply full colour labels on the fly opens entirely new markets and marketing possibilities, including custom labeling, and the capacity to test market new packaging quickly and easily.
