In this first of two rain gear reviews, I will compare the Marmot Spectra/Precip* and the Frogg Toggs Ultralite 2 - both great jackets under $100.

*I am showing a discontinued Spectra in this video (which is largely the same but has the chest pockets and weighs a bit more). At the time I thought I had grabbed the Precip. Sorry! LOL
