Notion is incredibly versatile, and its ability to adapt to my needs drew me to it in the first place. Notion can handle it all whether I need a simple to-do list or a complex project management tool. The flexibility to create custom templates and databases means I can design my workspace exactly how I want it.
𝐌𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞
𝔻𝕒𝕤𝕙𝕓𝕠𝕒𝕣𝕕: My main dashboard is the heart of my Notion setup. It's where I start my day, giving me a quick overview of everything I need to focus on. I have widgets for my daily to-do list, upcoming deadlines, and a quick access section for my most-used pages.
ℙ𝕣𝕠𝕛𝕖𝕔𝕥𝕤: In my projects section, I have separate databases for each project I'm working on. Each project page includes a task list, notes, deadlines, and any relevant files. This setup helps me keep all project-related information in one place, making it easy to stay organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
ℂ𝕠𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕟𝕥 ℂ𝕒𝕝𝕖𝕟𝕕𝕒𝕣: Planning and scheduling content is crucial as a content creator. My content calendar in Notion allows me to plan blog posts, videos, and social media updates all in one place. I can track the status of each piece of content, from idea to publication, ensuring a smooth workflow.
ℙ𝕖𝕣𝕤𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕝 𝔾𝕠𝕒𝕝𝕤: Notion isn't just for work. I also use it to track my personal goals and habits. I have a section dedicated to my fitness routine, reading list, and personal development goals. This helps me maintain a balanced life and keeps me accountable for my personal ambitions.
