She’s pale, and says it hurts to cough.

She has a fever of 38.9 degrees C (102 F), and is not drinking many fluids or eating.

• LOC Alert but fatigued
• Eyes PEARRL
• Resps 36
• Pulse 128
• Temp Above
• BP 96/64
• BGL Normal
• SPO2 86%
