James Soko (Kceey Dc) is willing to help you manage your music under simple steps and agreements which will be guided in this form, this is meant to help independent artists, producers and other entities to have full rights over their contents.  

Services  
Ensure to tick the kind of service you need and indicate the total for each service where it says “total=”

1. YouTube
o Your music will be uploaded on YouTube, YouTube Music (within 2 weeks – 1 month) and Google (after having a google panel).
o Your music will be licenced within few months and help you gain access to the YouTube content ID, which will help you claim your songs from other channels.
o Your channel will be verified if you are an artist, within 3-5 months after getting a topic channel.
o You will receive 100% of your royalties.

o Your music will be uploaded on Audiomack. o Your profile will have a creator badge if you gain 25+ followers and be officially verified after hitting 100K plays.
o Your profile will be monetized withing few days after getting a creator badge.

3. Reverbnation
o Your music will be uploaded on reverbnation.
o Your YouTube music videos will be linked to reverbnation.

4. Music Distribution
Your music will be distributed either in days, weeks or months depending on the services you choose, these are some of the stores your music will go to;
a) Spotify
b) Apple Music (if eligible)
c) Boomplay
d) Soundcloud
e) Deezer
f) Amazon Music
o Your music will be on 50+ or 250 stores which are not mentioned above.
o Your artist profiles will be claimed and verified within days, weeks or months depending on the services of the store.

Agreements

Artist or producers name ________________________  Links to your social medias if possible (also provide your Spotify URL or artist name if you have one) via my WhatsApp
• Pay using MTN Mobile Money or cash only before we start the work, refund is given if things do not work out but we charge a K5 for that.
• Other services need personal information which you need to provide before doing the work, so always stay active till we confirm that the work is done or will ask you to provide information before we start anything.
• Pay K10 for airtime if we ask you to do so.
• Free services occur if you give us another exchange in return or if we just request that will do the work.
• You will access full control of your music and will remove your email on our devices as soon as the work is done, so do not worry about your security.
