The way to fix this is to Go to "Factory settings" enter the pass code
(8888)
Go to protocol parameter settings
Go to "POP AIR SET" and switch it to "Closed"
Go to "Air conditioner floating key switch" and change that to "Open"

So now it won't pop up anymore and you will have a small ac icon on the screen that you can just click it
