Ingredients:
Warm milk 450 ml.
yeast 10 g.
Mix well.
Add salt 1 teaspoon.
Add sugar 4 tablespoons (70 g).
egg 2 pcs
vegetable oil 1/4 cup.
baking powder 1 tsp.
Mix well.
Sift 750-800 g wheat flour through a sieve.
It is better to add flour little by little to mix the dough.
Add 50g butter.
Vinegar 9% (1 tablespoon).
Mix well in a bowl.
The dough is very sticky.
The dough should be homogeneous and elastic.
Cover and leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

The dough rose very well.
Put the dough on the table.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment.
Form round buns.
Repeat after me.
Place the buns on parchment.
We should have 16 round buns.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Each bun should weigh 95-98g.
Whisk together the egg yolk and 2 tbsp milk.
Brush the buns with egg and milk.
Sprinkle buns with sesame seeds.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
