HERE (Higher Education Reform Expert) is a pool of experts supporting the modernisation of higher education in the EU’s neighbouring countries. On the occasion of the 2017 HERE Annual Conference, Dr. Irine Darchia, associate professor at the Tbilisi State University in Georgia and member of the HERE pool, discusses the implementation of the Bologna process through Tempus and Erasmus Mundus in Georgia’s universities, which was supported by the HERE network.
