If you're having issues pulling
If you're having issues pulling data from your Mobile Wi-Fi device and it's not allowing you to connect to the internet, then you probably need to update your APN SETTINGS.
In this video Modem Mitch walks you through how you can update those APN settings on a desktop computer version of the Huawei Hi Link App.

TIME STAMPS(To find your issue quickly):
0:50 - Turning the device on
1:30 - Mobile reception light stays red
2:19 - Device IP Address
2:35 - Default Username & Password
2:50 - 3 Step set up of new Device
2:55 - Step 1 Auto Update
3:07 - Change the name/password of the device (Optional)
3:48 - Change the admin password (compulsory)
4:18 - Forgotten password
4:47 - Connection failure (not pulling data or allowing internet access)
5:53 - New APN settings profile
6:58 - Finding out your providers APN details
