In this video we will see how to make ring murukku recipe in tamil

Ingredients :
1 cup rice flour,200g.
1/2 tbsp urad dal flour,
1/2 tbsp fried gram flour,
1/4 tspn turmeric powder,
1/4 tspn asofotiea powder,
1/2 tspn kashmiri chilli powder,
1 tspn cumin seeds,
1/2 tbsp seasame seeds,
salt,
1 tbspn butter
mix it well and switch off the flame.
then add 1/4 cup water ( 1tsp ginger garlic paste mixed,)
mix it well and close the lid and wait for 3mts .
let it cool like warm condition knead well.
make a ring murukku
and. Deep fry into oil and wait for 1mts turn other side
wait for 2mts.
now tasty ring murukku is ready.
