Egg Dum Biryani | Hyderabadi Egg Biryani Recipe
In this video I'll be Showing about how to Make Egg Dum Biryani. I decided to make a video about Cooking egg biryani Recipe in telugu.
This Biryani is done in 20 minutes.It is also a simple and easy Egg Biryani Recipe Video. egg dum biryani ingrediants:
rice-500g
boiled eggs-5
ginger garlic paste-1 tb sp
garam masala spices
coriander powder-1/2 tb sp
garam masala-1/2 tb sp
biryani masala-1/2 tb sp
curd-50 g
cashew nuts
fried onions
pudina
oil-2 tb sp
salt-to taste
chilli powder-1 tb sp
coriander-1 small bunch
egg dum biryani making:
1.rinse the rice first and pour it into the bowl and pour one liter of water
2.light the stove, add a little oil salt and masala spices and cook the rice
3.80% Rice is boiled then the water in the rice should be removed and set aside
4.now pour the oil in another pan and add turmeric,salt,chilli powder and eggs then fry well till turn eggs in golden colour
