Silverback Mountain Gorilla

This is Vuba, the Silverback gorilla, in the Kuryama group in Rwanda that we visited. There are only 1,000 Mountain gorillas left in the world. Rwanda is a success story as they give a percentage of the proceeds of Mountain gorilla tourism to the local communities to build schools, health centers, and community centers.
