Summer is here, and nothing like a glass of chilled lassi. Today, we’re making Mango Lassi which is super delicious and a refreshing drink. Mango Lassi is a popular traditional yogurt based drink from the Indian Subcontinent. It is a blend of yogurt, sugar, dry fruits and mango pulp or fresh mango. Ingredients:

Ripe mango (Chopped) - 1 cup ~ 230 gm
Yoghurt/curd (Plain) - 1 cup ~ 250 gm
Sugar - 2 tsp (vary as per Mango's sweetness)
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Ice cubes - 4-5
Chopped Pistachio - 2 tsp
Kesar (Saffron) - A pinch (Optional)

राइप आम (कटा हुआ) - १ कप ~ २३० ग्राम
दही (सादा) - १ कप ~ 250 ग्राम
चीनी - 2 चम्मच (आम की मिठास के अनुसार भिन्न)
इलायची पाउडर - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
बर्फ के टुकड़े - 4-5
कटा हुआ पिस्ता - 2 चम्मच
केसर - एक चुटकी (वैकल्पिक)
