Kim first purchased the home in 2014 with Kanye West for a cool $20 million and the value has skyrocketed following multiple renovations. The gorgeous estate features a regulation-sized basketball court with it's own gym/locker room adjacent, two swimming pools, two spas, eight fireplaces, two barbecues, a vineyard, and a massive veggie garden.
