Ingredients
195g creamcheese
30g yogurt
128g milk
60g unsalted butter
40g cake flour
15g cornstarch
5 eggs
100g sugar
3g vanilla bean paste
2T apricot jam
1T water

[Tips]
▶Meringue State
When you lift the meringue with a whipper blade, the horns bend gently.
Soft meringue is good
If the meringue is hard, the top of the cake will burst.
If it is made a little hard, in the process of mixing it into the dough, stir it with a whisk to kill the meringue a little.

▶Convection oven heat control
Since the convection oven is heated with hot air, the internal pressure is high during heating, so it expands quickly.
Bake the top quickly over high heat at 230 degrees for the first 15 minutes until brown, to prevent bursting.
Also, open the oven door once every 15 minutes to lower the pressure.
It's a bit cumbersome, but you can adjust it while looking at the condition of the cake.
