Curl barbells are one of my favorite home gym equipment choices along with the obvious adjustable dumbbells, squat rack, barbell and bench. This Rogue Fitness Rackable curl bar hits all of the boxes for me and looking forward to using it with my strength co plates. As I go through the video I will talk about why and also show you how to open a bar tube the easy way.
