Quick and easy homemade cheese cake {Passion Fruit Flavor}, easy steps anyone can try it at home for any occasion. GIVE IT A GO....
Ingredients:
CRACKER CRUST
- 1 & 1/2 cups of crushed crackers (any suitable cracker you like)
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
FILLING
- 1/3 cup of white sugar
- 225g cream cheese (room temperature)
- 500ml fresh cream (keep this in refrigerator till you use while others get mixed)
- passion fruit pulp (flavor you like)
