Ingredients for Czech red cabbage (sauerkraut):
1-2 tablespoons of lard
1 glass of red cabbage (with sterilized sweet and sour pickled cabbage)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
50g of bacon
1 white onion
2-4 tablespoons of plain flour
Sugar and vinegar for seasoning

How to make delicious red cabbage?
1. First, pour the contents of the sterilized red cabbage jar into a pot and add salt and ground cumin. Pour enough water to submerge the cabbage and simmer for approximately 20 minutes on low heat.
2. Meanwhile, heat up lard (or butter) on a frying pan and fry the bacon. Then add chopped onion and fry until golden. Finally, dust the bacon and onion with plain flour and stir for about two minutes. Add the mixture to the pot with the cabbage and cook for a few more minutes.
3. Finally, season the cabbage with sugar and vinegar to your taste.
