Behaviors of Angels, Why Marcarita Doesn't Know Who Jiren Is

Hello and welcome back all my dragon ball theorist and one of the most interesting things I thought of from the special was the fact that Marcarita the Angel of Universe 11 has absolutely no idea of who Jiren is. This behavior is different from Whis and Beerus because usually when something is happening and Beerus is worried Whis with his vast knowledge calms our favorite God of Destruction down. Whis is far older than Beerus and being an Angel has his orb to gain information and guide him on all of his actions as a God.
So why is this relationship so very different in Universe 11 and some of the other Universes. The role was reversed and it was Marcarita who showed concern about Jiren being able to handle Goku's spirit bomb. It was Marcarita that has no idea who Jiren is and Belmod who knows everything about him calming his Angel down letting her know no matter what or who it is Jiren will never be defeated. Then the puzzled look on her face as this is all new information for her.
Is it possible that some of these Angels aren't like Whis at all and have far less power or knowledge of situations? Maybe their relationship between God of Destruction isn't like we thought and more of a pairing to bring out the best in each other. It seems so as another example is Campari of Universe 3 when being shown the modified warriors that would be competing in the tournament actually decided to hide behind Mosco his God of Destruction during the debut. If Campari has Ultra Instinct and is supposed to be far stronger than his God of Destruction why hide behind him. This is very odd behavior to exhibit being the circumstances.
Of course we will never forget the angels smile after Universe 9 was erased as he hated his Universe and despised Sidra. That got us thinking they were up to no good and had evil intent only to have that thought countered by Cus of Universe 10 being very sad at the loss of her God of Destruction.
Bottom line is the relationship between Angel and God of Destruction is not only very different in each universe they seem to possess very different behaviors and personalities. Maybe some of them aren't old, wise and powerful like Whis. Maybe some of them are much younger siblings and because of this have far different behaviors and were paired up with that specific God of Destruction for a reason.
There has to be a unique reason why Marcarita doesn't know anything about Jiren. Can you imagine Beerus trying to hide this all powerful mortal from Whis? It just wouldn't work. Whis is far too perceptive to have something like this slip past him. Which does make the entire Jiren situation even more interesting as well.
Now as it stands still we know nothing about the 6 Universes that were erased or what happened to their Angels. How long ago was that or the real reason they were erased. So these behaviors of the Angels and how very different they are in each Universe is very interesting and is it possible that some of them like in Marcarita's case is even younger than her God of Destruction Belmod? Is it possible that Campari of Universe 3 was paired up with Mosco on purpose because of his timid behavior ?
So I believe the relationship of the Angels isn't this one way situation where they are way beyond their God of Destruction but paired with them for specific reasons as well. As it stands now Beerus is one of the strongest Gods of Destruction and he has been a feared destroyer during his term. So he needed a powerful and wise angel in Whis to guide him. Could you imagine Beerus having Campari and him hiding behind him? No! He needed an angel that could knock him out on a moments notice for accidently destroying something.
Now I really want to hear what you guys think about the Angels and their very different behaviors. Why doesn't Marcarita know about Jiren when Belmod does? Why did Campari hide behind his God of Destruction to avoid harm? Is it possible this relationship between Angel and God of Destruction isn't what we originally thought?
