Ingredients for two people:
200 gr rump steak, thinly sliced
2 small onions
30gr snow peas  
1 small celery strick  
2cloves garlic    
2 Tp soy sauce
2-3 Tp lemon juice  
2-3 Tp hot sauce
2 red chili peppers
 مواد لازم برای دو نفر:
۲۰۰ گرم‌گوشت بالا ران گوساله یا گاو‌
دو عدد پیاز کوچک
۳۰ گرم نخود فرنگی با غلاف
یک عدد ساقه کوچک کرفس
دو حبه سیر
دو قاشق سس سویا
دو تا سه قاشق آب لیمو ترش
دو تا سه قاشق سس تند
دو عدد فلفل قرمز تند
