Raw jackfruit: 1.5-2kg
Raw mango: 2 medium size
Garlic: 2 whole (25-30 Kali/piece)
Cirka/vinegar/citric acid: 1 tsp
Turmeric: 2 table spoon
salt : 7 table spoon or to taste
musterd oil: 250 gm
Coriander seeds: 100 gm
fennel: 50 gm
Cumin : 25 gm
Fenugreek:15 gm
Nigella/kalunji 10 gm
Whole red chilli: 12-15 piece
