How to transfer photos from your Samsung phone to PC using USB

Follow these steps to learn how to transfer photos from your Samsung phone to a PC using USB 1) Connect your phone to your PC using a Samsung USB cable. Make sure the USB cable you are using supports MIP or PTP connections. If you use a USB C to USB C cable, you may need an alternative cable or an adaptor, depending on the PC you are connecting to. 2) Tap the notification from the Android system. Tap the option allowing you to transfer files or transfer images 3) Your Samsung phone will appear on your PC as an available drive. Go to ‘File Explorer’ or to ‘Devices and drives’. Click on your device to open it 4) Click on your device again. Your photos can be found in the DCIM folder. 5) Select the photos that you wish to transfer. Drag and drop them into a folder on your PC To transfer your photos to a Mac, follow these steps 1) Download and install Android File transfer onto your Mac computer and open Android file transfer 2) Connect your Samsung phone to your computer using a Samsung USB cable.
