Fish, baked in the oven is very quick and easy.
You can bake any kind of fish in the oven. I love trout in my family. So today we are going to cook trout baked in the oven.
The fish should be peeled and dressed first (if you bought it without dressing) then washed, salted and smeared with cold-pressed olive oil. Why cold-pressed olive oil? It gives the fish a unique, extravagant flavour and aroma and brings out the delicate flavour of the trout meat. Then we put the fish in the oven and bake it for 20 minutes at 200°C.
While the fish is baking, you can help yourself and make a side dish (I made Chips in the air-cooker) and even a salad.
When the fish is cooked, put a grid of garlic and sour cream sauce or garlic and mayonnaise on its surface and sprinkle it with fresh herbs (I have dill)
The garlic sauce adds zest to the dish.
Serve with side dish,
