For a long time S.T.E.P. was a text based website. While the majority of it still is
and goes much further in-depth than any video could, the members have decided to add video to the site to help people mod their games with more options and approaches. This series is a large collaboration between S.T.E.P., GamerPoets, and the authors of the mods and software shown throughout the series.

Checks and Balances
-S.T.E.P. members working on specific Topics
a. Must approve each video before upload
b. Give invaluable feedback with extensive knowledge on each topic
c. Get feedback from other members as to what works and what does not
-Mod & Software Authors
a. Are contacted to give input on their creations respective videos
b. At times give ideas for in video side notations
c. If a response is given they are asked to approve the video
-GamerPoets members
a. Must take all S.T.E.P. and Creator input into account
b. Must only upload after approval for each video has been given
c. Eliminate unnecessary information to minimize video length
d. Reach out to those who created the mods/software that each video instructs upon
e. Records, Creates, Edits & Voices each episode to the best of their abilities
-Dedication
Videos can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks to complete. Numerous videos
have had large parts completely redone. In some cases entire videos are
re-recorded and edited to assure the best help that they can provide. S.T.E.P. members
are allowed to give their feedback, and do, to help these videos be the best
they can be.
Also, for the videos themselves, I (Michael of GamerPoets) try to respond to every comment posted. Sometimes I miss some and other times I don't have the knowledge that you seek but I do and will refer you to the proper S.T.E.P. members and places that know more than I do. I apologize if I miss your comment. I appreciate them all.
The comments that I don't appreciate, especially when disrespecting someone else's
comment, will get said person blocked & banned from the channel without thought or warning. Everyone's opinion is welcome. Even if you don't like something or disagree we are happy to hear it. There are ways to voice opinion and or information without offending others.
