How to add a cell's numerical value to a sentence using the text function in Microsoft Excel

The text function in Excel is able to convert a cell's value to a string when combined with the symbol '&' which serves as a concatenation operator for Excel strings and functions. This effectively lets you combine text and formulas in Excel.

The text function has two arguments, one is the value and location of the cell you want to convert to text, and the other argument is a format_text type for specifying the type of format you want the value to be presented as.
