I got rid of this phone because the sound volume was so low when holding it up to my ear, I always had to put it on speaker to hear the person. Verizon could not resolve the problem and they even send a replacement phone that did the same thing. This is how I backed up my phone numbers to the cloud and then downloaded the numbers to the new Kyocera phone. You don't want to lose any numbers so it is wise to contact your phone carrier for instructions.
