Cape Wrath Trail 2023 - Day 7 - That's Frickin Steep!

4 years ago, I was inspired by John from the YouTube channel @HoundsofHowgate to walk the Cape Wrath Trail. Since then, I have watched many hikers walk this 235 mile, 37500 elevation gain collection of trails and put their videos on YouTube. These include Sarah from @FitForAdventure, Becky from @GirlOutdoors and Niall and Lisa from @TubbaTravels as well as many others like @HazeOutdoors and @GreysHikes5236. After turning 65 at the end of July 2023, I embarked on my 18 day attempt to join these other intrepid hikers. So join me as I drag my old body over 4x4 tracks, single tracks, pathless tracks, bogs, midges, river crossings and all the weather elements Scotland has to offer.
