How to make Danish Aebleskiver.

If you are a Dane or know a Dane then you probably have had this dish. And if you haven’t then you definitely need to try! These light, tasty little balls of delightful dough are awesome. You will need a special pan but these are available on line if you can’t find one near you. This particular recipe is a bit different. Many people like to use yeast. I am not one of them. I use baking powder and baking soda. No waiting, go right to the pan after mixing. I also use cardamom and fresh lemon zest. I also do one flip in the pan. (You will see what I mean in the video.) Some like to put apple (ergo “apple slices”) or other stuffing inside which I will show as well. Very quick and easy to make, I hope you enjoy!
