The STR/KE MVMNT Haze Trainer and RAD ONE are two of the most well-around cross-training shoes on the market. In fact, this cross-training shoe comparison has been hanging over my head for a while now.

Both the STR/KE MVMNT Haze Trainer and RAD ONE are stellar cross-training shoes within their own right and I truthfully don't think you can go wrong with either shoe.

Granted, there are subtle differences between each shoe which could help suggest which shoe would be best for the context of your training wants/needs and fit preferences.

Whether you're tackling heavy lifting, CrossFit workouts, or more athletic-focused training, I don't think you'll regret going with either of these shoes.

If you like having a more "minimalist" and maneuverable feeling shoe, then the Haze Trainer would be my suggestion, and if you like having a more traditional training shoe feeling, then go for the RAD ONE.

To be honest, this comparison has been one of my TOUGHEST to date because these are both two strong performing cross-training shoes.
