Biscoff Blondies1 C Light Brown
Biscoff Blondies
1 C Light Brown Sugar
1/2 C Unsalted Butter - melted
1 Egg
1/2 C Cookie Butter + 3 Tbsp for top
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
1 C Fliur
15 Biscoff Cookies - large crush
Line a 8 x 8 baking dish with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
Combine egg, brown sugar, add butter, stir to combine. Add cookie butter, salt & vanilla.
Add in the flour and mix slightly. Fold in the crushed cookies.
Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake @ 350 for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
Allow to cool completely.
Place the 3 Tbsp cookie butter into a microwave save dish and heat for 15 seconds. Pour
over blondies and let set before cutting into.
