Shoulder press is a critical shoulder exercise and in today's video you're going to learn a unique muscle technique called, functional isometrics, to destroy your deltoids. This is a technique I've been personally using during my shoulder and arm specialization program. I've been getting amazing results and I hope this helps you get bigger shoulders too. You'll be surprised at how hard these are, and may find that you can only do just the barbell at first. I've worked my way up to 5 sets during my workouts, but I would recommend you start at two, and slowly build up the amount of sets you do each week. Don't be surprised if you can only do 2-3 reps of these, because you are putting FAR more tension on your muscles than they are accustomed... and tension is your BEST friend if muscle building is your desired outcome.
