Q:  I cant change the settings in BIOS?
A:  If you cant change the settings in BIOS or if changing them does not work, move on and try the diagnostic test.

Q:  The test showed my hard drive to be healthy and none of the other fixes helped :(
A:  If the diagnostic test showed your HDD to be healthy and none of the other fixes helped, you would now try to reinstall the operating system.  You can see those links here;

Q:  The diagnostic test says my HDD is not installed or to check cables or it failed the test :(
A:  If the diagnostic scan fails the HDD or says its not installed, then its most likely either loose or bad.  Try 'Reseating' the HDD first as seen here in this video.  Try the diagnostic test again.  If it fails to change the scan, I would then replace the HDD. Q:  I cannot access the diagnostic test and the other steps didnt help.  
A:  If you cannot access the diagnostic test, then we dont know if your Hard Drive (HDD) is healthy.  We can then proceed, assuming it is.  If the other steps in this video do not help, I would then try to reinstall the Operating System (OS).
