Flat strip bending and punching
Flat strip bending and punching CNC automatic machine . Enables bending and punching of a flat bar up to 50x6mm.
The machine control system enables the creation of programs (sequences of movements of individual machine axes) for making various details. The creation of programs consists in manipulating the machine axes with a manual setter (jog) and recording individual movements, thus creating a sequence of steps for subsequent bends and extensions of the flat bar. Program steps can also be modified using the touch panel (modification / correction of the bending angle, wire extension length or movement speed).
Created programs are saved in the device memory. The operator selects the appropriate program for the part he wants to execute from the list of created programs. Starting the selected program results in the start of the saved sequence of machine movements, realizing the execution of the detail. The machine allows you to set the number of parts to be made.
The programs can also be saved on a USB flash drive and then modified on a PC.
