हर साल श्रावण मास में लाखों की तादाद में कांवडिये सुदूर स्थानों से आकर गंगा जल से भरी कांवड़ लेकर पदयात्रा करके अपने गांव वापस लौटते हैं. कांवड़ यात्रा को लेकर तैयारियां तेज हो चुकी हैं.
